Silver Necklace with Significant Heart

Length of necklace, including heart and clasp, 18¾″, Width of heart 5″

Length of heart 4½″, excluding fringe.

Large silver chain made of flexible open work. A flower and a heart are below the chain and above the large generous heart. This spectacular heart is intricately made with overlaid silver above the enamel. In the center of the heart is a small plate depicting 3 young girls. Attached to the rim of the heart is a fringe of small shaped ornaments that are sometimes called mangoes. Six of the mangoes are missing from the fringe.
